Our Process

We start with a design that fits your architecture, then forge and MIG weld the pickets, scrolls, and top rail in our shop. After the frame is squared and ground clean, it goes through primer and powder coat. We set the posts, hang the gate on ball-bearing or weld-on hinges, and fit the latch and drop rod so it closes true. Matching a new gate to old fencing is routine work for us.
